中空玻璃全自動打膠機是專門針對中空玻璃生產(chǎn)而設計的一種設備。它由自動上料裝置、自動送料機構(gòu)、雙頭灌注泵及雙頭噴膠系統(tǒng)組成。該設備具有操作靈活方便，效率高，自動化程度高等特點。適用于中空玻璃的加工和制作，特別適合于批量化生產(chǎn)的廠家使用。
The automatic sealing machine for insulating glass is a kind of equipment specially designed for insulating glass production. It is composed of automatic feeding device, automatic feeding mechanism, double-head filling pump and double-head glue spraying system. （1）設備安裝調(diào)試后應具備以下功能：

2能根據(jù)不同產(chǎn)品調(diào)整不同的工作參數(shù)

（2）操作人員必須經(jīng)過培訓合格方可上崗

檢查各部件是否完好

清洗機器內(nèi)部
Clean the inside of the machine
檢查電源是否符合要求
Check whether the power supply meets the requirements
連接好所有線路
Connect all lines
打開水氣閥
Open the water vapor valve
按下總開關
Press the main switch
接通電源
turn on electricity
啟動電機
Starting motor
打開冷卻水閥門
Open the cooling water valve
檢查電機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向
Check motor rotation direction
接通壓縮空氣閥門。
Connect the compressed air valve.
調(diào)節(jié)氣壓至適當位置、按下啟動按鈕、開始工作
Adjust the air pressure to the proper position, press the start button, and start working
1.工作時如發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力表指針上升緩慢或下降則說明供氣管路有泄漏現(xiàn)象
1. If the pointer of the pressure gauge rises slowly or drops during operation, it indicates that there is leakage in the air supply pipeline
2.如出現(xiàn)噪音異常情況請立即關閉氣源
2. In case of abnormal noise, please turn off the air supply immediately
3.請勿用手直接接觸氣動元件以免發(fā)生燙傷事故

4.使用完畢后請及時切斷氣源
