1、雙組份打膠機(jī)設(shè)備應(yīng)安裝在干燥、無粉塵、無腐蝕性氣體的不利環(huán)境中(要求與其他設(shè)備相一致，當(dāng)然，如果沒有達(dá)到至少無腐蝕性氣體的條件，設(shè)備中有電線以及管道等配件抗腐蝕)。
    1、Two-componentrubberbeaterequipmentshallbeinstalledinanunfavorableenvironmentofdry,dust-freeandnon-corrosivegas(requiredtobeconsistentwithotherequipment,ofcourse,iftheconditionsforatleastnon-corrosivegasarenotmet,theequipmentshallhavewires,pipelinesandotheraccessoriesthatresistcorrosion).
    2、室內(nèi)溫度好控制在10~40度的室內(nèi)堅(jiān)硬地面，地面應(yīng)水平度較好。(在這里說的地面水平度要好，并不一定要非常平整才行，我們的設(shè)備在設(shè)計(jì)之初就考慮了地面的復(fù)雜性，所以對地面平整度有相當(dāng)大的要求，只要不提太大的問題，就可以正常工作。

    3、雙組份打膠機(jī)安裝前，應(yīng)先檢查是否有因運(yùn)輸、搬運(yùn)引起的變形、損壞及緊固件松動(dòng)等情況，以前有客戶在打膠機(jī)的過程中，將設(shè)備的智能控制系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)零部件碰掉了，導(dǎo)致設(shè)備無法正常運(yùn)行，工作人員到現(xiàn)場后，才進(jìn)行排查。
    3、Beforetheinstallationofthetwo-componentgluepuncher,whetherthereisanydeformation,damageorlooseningoffastenerscausedbytransportationorhandlingshallbechecked.Inthepast,somecustomersknockedoffoneofthepartsoftheintelligentcontrolsystemofthegluepuncherduringtheprocessofthegluepunch,whichledtothefailureofthenormaloperationoftheequipment.Theinspectionshallbeconductedonlyafterthestaffmembersarriveatthesite.

    4、我們可以根據(jù)地面平整度的實(shí)際情況，通過調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備的可提升地腳螺栓來調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備的水平度直至設(shè)備穩(wěn)定。再按圖連接線路并可靠接地，將氣源連接到機(jī)臺(tái)配有的氣源，保證無氣體泄漏。
    4、Firstly,wecanadjustthelevelnessoftheequipmentuntiltheequipmentisstablebyadjustingtheliftinganchorboltsoftheequipmentaccordingtotheactualsituationofthegroundflatness.Thenconnectthecircuitaccordingtothediagramandgroundreliably,connecttheairsourcetotheairsourceequippedwiththemachine,ensurenogasleakage.
    5.將液壓油注入到油槽中指定的位置，46#液壓油(大約50升)。

    6、接通電源，打開電源，查看設(shè)備是否工作正常。
