該生產(chǎn)線可自動生產(chǎn)灌漿防火玻璃前序的玻璃清洗烘干、機械手自動上防火膠條、自動合片、自動加熱壓合等工序，可自動生產(chǎn)2-8層防火玻璃，最多8玻7腔，最大厚度80毫米；

This production line can automatically produce pre grouting fireproof glass, including glass cleaning and drying, mechanical arm automatic installation of fireproof adhesive strips, automatic lamination, and automatic heating and pressing processes. It can automatically produce 2-8 layers of fireproof glass, with a maximum of 8 glasses and 7 cavities, and a maximum thickness of 80 millimeters;

多層玻璃上條均勻一致，保證每層防火膠條位置完美一致。

The strips on the multi-layer glass are uniform and consistent, ensuring that the position of each fireproof adhesive strip is perfectly consistent.

清洗部分由鍍鋅型材焊接，表面靜電噴涂，與水接觸部分采用304不銹鋼或防腐材料制作，整機可提升400毫米，便于清理和維護保養(yǎng)。

The cleaning part is welded with galvanized profiles, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed. The parts in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel or anti-corrosion materials. The whole machine can be raised by 400 millimeters for easy cleaning and maintenance.

自動上條機械手，可實現(xiàn)自動抓取玻璃、自動上防火膠條、自動多層精準合片。

The automatic winding robotic arm can achieve automatic grabbing of glass, automatic winding of fireproof adhesive strips, and automatic multi-layer precise lamination.

加熱輥壓機采用紅外線輻射加熱，10對壓輥漸進壓合，壓合平穩(wěn)、尺寸均勻。

The heating roller press adopts infrared radiation heating, and 10 pairs of pressure rollers are gradually pressed together, with smooth pressing and uniform size.

傳輸臺采用輥道傳輸，承載力大，傳輸平穩(wěn)可靠。

The transmission platform adopts roller conveyor transmission, with high bearing capacity and stable and reliable transmission.
