中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線的清洗水路系統(tǒng)為循環(huán)系統(tǒng),其水箱配有恒溫水加熱裝置,水溫可自動保持在合理的范圍.

The cleaning water system of the insulated glass production line is a circulating system, and its water tank is equipped with a constant temperature water heating device, which can automatically maintain the water temperature within a reasonable range

水由水泵從水箱抽出,經(jīng)噴淋水管噴到玻璃表面上,清洗玻璃后流回水箱,循環(huán)使用.若水質(zhì)較差,需配備水處理裝置,水經(jīng)處理后進入水箱,按上述步驟循環(huán)使用.

Water is pumped out of the water tank by a water pump and sprayed onto the glass surface through a spray pipe. After cleaning the glass, it flows back to the water tank and is recycled. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device is required. After treatment, the water enters the water tank and is recycled according to the above steps
