1、雙組份打膠機設備應安裝在干燥、無粉塵、無腐蝕性氣體的不利環(huán)境中(要求與其他設備相一致，當然，如果沒有達到至少無腐蝕性氣體的條件，設備中有電線以及管道等配件抗腐蝕)。

    2、室內(nèi)溫度好控制在10~40度的室內(nèi)堅硬地面，地面應水平度較好。(在這里說的地面水平度要好，并不一定要非常平整才行，我們的設備在設計之初就考慮了地面的復雜性，所以對地面平整度有相當大的要求，只要不提太大的問題，就可以正常工作。

    3、雙組份打膠機安裝前，應先檢查是否有因運輸、搬運引起的變形、損壞及緊固件松動等情況，以前有客戶在打膠機的過程中，將設備的智能控制系統(tǒng)中的一個零部件碰掉了，導致設備無法正常運行，工作人員到現(xiàn)場后，才進行排查。
    3、Beforetheinstallationofthetwo-componentgluepuncher,whetherthereisanydeformation,damageorlooseningoffastenerscausedbytransportationorhandlingshallbechecked.Inthepast,somecustomersknockedoffoneofthepartsoftheintelligentcontrolsystemofthegluepuncherduringtheprocessofthegluepunch,whichledtothefailureofthenormaloperationoftheequipment.Theinspectionshallbeconductedonlyafterthestaffmembersarriveatthesite.

    4、我們可以根據(jù)地面平整度的實際情況，通過調(diào)節(jié)設備的可提升地腳螺栓來調(diào)節(jié)設備的水平度直至設備穩(wěn)定。再按圖連接線路并可靠接地，將氣源連接到機臺配有的氣源，保證無氣體泄漏。
    4、Firstly,wecanadjustthelevelnessoftheequipmentuntiltheequipmentisstablebyadjustingtheliftinganchorboltsoftheequipmentaccordingtotheactualsituationofthegroundflatness.Thenconnectthecircuitaccordingtothediagramandgroundreliably,connecttheairsourcetotheairsourceequippedwiththemachine,ensurenogasleakage.
    5.將液壓油注入到油槽中指定的位置，46#液壓油(大約50升)。

    6、接通電源，打開電源，查看設備是否工作正常。
