一、接通氣源：

本機(jī)預(yù)留氣管接口為PU12快插接頭。

氣源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請(qǐng)下降至原點(diǎn)后重新操作。

使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）
