　　點膠量一般是由點膠時間來控制的，時間越長膠量越大。

　　2、氣壓和速度

　　氣壓大，膠水流動速度快，膠量過多會溢出，氣壓小，膠水流動速度慢，膠量則會過少甚至出現點膠中斷或者漏點。運動速度正好相反。因此，需根據不同的氣壓調整運行速度

　　4、環(huán)境

　　膠水的粘稠度會影響點膠的質量。粘度大點膠大，粘度小點膠小，一般情況下，需保持點膠機處于溫度23-25攝氏度的環(huán)境下，溫度過低膠水粘度增加，反之則降低。

　　5、氣泡

　　膠水要保證沒有氣泡。一個很小的氣泡就有可能導致出現殘次品或者沒點到膠，所以每次更換膠管的時候一定要排空連接處的空氣，防止出現空打現象。
