雙組份打膠機：原理跟雙液點膠機相同，依據(jù)客戶AB膠桶量身訂制兩個壓盤，把膠桶放入壓盤下，經過壓盤壓膠再經過定量泵配比、混合、定量打到產品上。現(xiàn)在市道的中空玻璃打膠機大多數(shù)為活塞式打膠，因為活塞式有一個抽膠的進程，經常會導致打膠的線條忽大忽小，所以我司的中空玻璃雙組份打膠機都是以可連續(xù)性供膠的精密齒輪泵抽膠，這樣可確保打膠線條均勻，不會有忽大忽小的狀況呈現(xiàn)。

雙組份打膠機依據(jù)自動化程度可分為：半自動打膠機及全自動打膠機。

半自動中空玻璃打膠機：半自動打膠機僅僅把膠水配比、混合、定量打膠的設備，再配備手持式打膠槍，因為中空玻璃標準都較大，需人手移動打膠槍把膠水打到中空玻璃上。
